Zen from Home: A 7-Week Course in Meditation, Contemplation and Inspiration
In this 7-week course, you will:
- use guided meditation and relaxation exercises to reduce stress and connect with your own inner wisdom (e.g. intuition);
- explore new themes of contemplation each week which will help you face your challenges with ease, engagement and a broader perspective;
- benefit from connecting with like-minded people in a relaxed and open-minded environment.
