This course offers a comprehensive approach to meditation, stress reduction and self-connection.

Expect to learn:

  • a simple daily meditation practice to improve mental clarity and energy levels, and to reduce stress;
  • natural techniques for managing your body, mind and emotions in day-to-day life;
  • a basic introduction to self-healing and natural nutrition;

The approach:

  • experiential;
  • open-minded;
  • friendly & non-dogmatic.

This course is ideal for you if:

  • you are in a period of personal transition;
  • you are curious about (or looking to go deeper into) spirituality, meditation, self-inquiry or natural healing modalities;
