WHAT IS AYURVEDA EXPERIENCE?


Perhaps you've heard about Ayurveda or natural self-healing, but how does it really work in a practical and modern way?

Join us for this experiential workshop where you will explore the healing science of Ayurveda in an experiential, intuitive way.

Each month, we will explore special themes of exploration, inspiring teachings from an ancient wisdom traditions, healing breathontology practices and group processes to connect you to your intuition and body wisdom.

​WHAT IS AYURVEDA?

Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old system of natural healing from Ancient India. Known as the 'sister science' of yoga, it uses a combination of self-care, lifestyle, herbalism and nutrition to support your natural state of balance and well-being on all levels of who you are: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. At its core, Ayurveda teaches you to become your own best healer by empowering a deeper connection with your body's inner wisdom.
