I love rose water in just about everything. The scent of rose has been clinically proven to reduce blood pressure and the stress hormone cortisol. Nutmeg is great to support sound sleep. This is simple evening brew that is especially balancing for vata dosha.
- 1/2 c almond milk
- 1/2 c water
- pinch of nutmeg
- optional: a few drops of almond extract
- a few drops of rose water
Warm milk and water together on low heat. Once warm, add nutmeg, almond extract and rose water.
