What Is Prana?
Prana is a Sanskrit word which can be translated as “vitality” or “life force energy”.
When prana moves freely through your body, it appears as positive energy, vitality, graceful movements, appropriate actions (not too much or too little) and natural self-discipline.
After a long winter, however, it is normal to see signs and symptoms of low prana, especially if we lack movement, spend a lot of time indoors or eating heavy/incompatible foods.
Signs that your prana needs a boost may include: fatigue, lethargy, lack of motivation, lack of inspiration, addiction to stimulants (e.g. caffeine, sugar, alcohol) and/or mood changes.
The good news is you can learn to boost your pranic energy through simple daily lifestyle habits.
