Recipe: Prana-Rich Orange Juice
In a blender or Vitamix, combine:
- 1 cup water (room temperature)
- 1 fresh orange, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger (fresh or dry)
- 1/4 teaspoon real cinnamon powder
Enjoy. This drink is best freshly prepared, on an empty stomach or 20 minutes before your meal.
