Ideal for you if:

  • you are in a period of personal transition;
  • you are curious about meditation, mindfulness, spirituality or natural well-being;
  • you are looking to improve or bring greater dynamism to your health, creativity and joie-de vivre.

  • non-dogmatic & non-traditional
  • practical & grounded
  • experiential (ie. you experience it)
